Refund policy
RETURNS IN-STORE: Items purchased within 5 days of receipt, with no visual sign of wear/tear and all original tags attached are eligible for a full refund. Items purchased within 12 days of receipt, with no visual sign of wear/tear and all original tags attached are eligible to be exchanged or returned for IN-STORE credit only. After 12 days we no long accept in-store returns.
RETURNS FOR ONLINE ORDERS: We understand that sometimes items don't always work. With that being said items need to be returned within 7 days of delivery date for a full refund and 14 days for IN-STORE credit. After 14 days we no longer accept online order returns.
All items returned must have:
- No visual sign of wear/tear
- All original tags attached
- No makeup
- No dog hair
No items with any stains will be accepted.
BettyJo's is NOT responsible for return shipping. Once we receive your return, we will process the return within 1-3 business days. The return may not show up back in your account for 5-7 business day depending on your bank. We will email you via email once your return is processed.

The customer is responsible for for shipping costs. Please include your packing slip in the order. This has all your information on it, including order number.
